Secrets of Body – You Can’t Believe That

The human body is a universe with many mysteries still unsolved.(Secrets of Body)

    1. Anatomical Snuffbox (Secrets of Body)

If you stretch your thumb a little, you’ll see a small triangular dimple at the root.

This is what health professionals call the snuffbox.

This is because people used to smell tobacco in the past.

This is the place where the forearm vein is always beating, even if your heart rate is slow.

The artery here is protected only by the skin and connective tissue.

    2. Big Toe

We all know where it is. But most of us are unaware that one of the most important functions in our body is given to this part.

We can stand in balance thanks to the unique shape of our toes.

This is one of the main differences between humans and other mammals.

    3. Glabella

I bet you haven’t even thought about whether the little patch of skin between your eyebrows has a name.

This is an important part of your body that allows you to easily control your reflexes at any time.

Tap between your eyebrows with your finger a few times, if your reflexes are good, you will feel a slight tension in your eyes and you will want to blink.

    4. Tongue Tie

This small fold under our tongue has an important function.

It is to fix the tongue in the mouth and make you yawn less.

This feature prevents glopsoptosis, that is, spontaneous swallowing of the tongue.

It is especially vital for babies who cannot control their newborn bodies.

    5. Tragus and Antitragus

These small bumps, located next to our ear hole, take their name from the Latin word for goat.

Tragus enhances the sounds coming from behind, allowing us to hear the sounds better and find their source.

The grooves in the auricle in the opposite direction do the same for sounds coming from the front.

    6. Tonsils

Many people have had routine surgery to have their tonsils removed as a child.

This causes the illusion that the tonsil is useless, just like appendicitis.

In other words, you can think of it as an immature and unnecessary organ.

But, this is not true. Because tonsils are the first barrier that hides lymphocytes and protects us from bacteria and viruses.

Even if they are inflamed and removed, the body still has other protection mechanisms. But tonsils are more reliable.

    7. Nail Cuticles

Anyone who has had a manicure at least once in their life knows the meaning of the word cuticle.

The cuticle is the thick piece of skin on the side of the nail and finger.

People often cut cuticles to make their hands look good.

But this is very risky. cuticles have a very important function.

They protect our hands from harmful bacteria that are abundant around us.

A bacterium can enter your body through small cuts that occur when cutting the fuselage. Also, washing your hands does not prevent this from happening.

    8. Philtrum

Have you ever wondered why there is a groove between our nose and upper lip?

    It’s called philtrum and there’s a reason it’s there.

Many experts think that the philtrum developed in humans in prehistoric times and played an odour-enhancing role.

Even if modern humans don’t need such a good sense of smell, the philtrum is still there to remind us of our roots.

Also, doctors can understand the health status of an unborn baby by looking here while in the womb.

A malformed philtrum can sometimes be a sign of autism or other conditions.

  • Life is Better With Minimalism – Less is More

Life is Better With Minimalism – Less is More

Before explaining the meaning of minimalism, we can have prior knowledge of the concept by looking at the meaning of the word minimum from which this concept is derived.

Minimum means to reach the minimum or the minimum degree for something.
We can say that the concept of minimalism, which we associate with the word minimum. It means to classify the material and spiritual values in human life according to needs and minimize them.

Minimalism creates a lifestyle that provides greater focus, freedom of movement, comfort, and quality of life.

This philosophy, which emerged in the second half of the 19th century, emerged to defend simplicity as a reaction to consumerism, fashion perversion, the desire, and habits of having more and more variety.

Simplicity should not be confused with the meaning of “simplicity”, which is the simplest translation of minimalism.

While simplicity may be “choosing the least and the best among the conditions”, the word “simplicity” with the meaning of “featureless in use and content” is far from this situation.

This should not be understood as lowering living standards.
This philosophy completely removes waste from your life.

The idea that we have to have more in order to be happier is an idea that capitalism imposes on us.

But, when we look back, we are not happier this way. Because the desire to have more and more luxury makes the person tired, pushes the limits, and pushes the person to unhappiness and stressful life.

The idea of minimalism not only makes a financial contribution to the person in terms of having fewer clothes and belongings but also contributes more time, more space, more success, less stress, and less illness.

The person will not spend time shopping and will not have difficulty in choosing clothes.

Since it gets rid of the crowd of items, instead of serving the item, the few and necessary items will serve it.
This will save the person time.

But, We will be successful as he will devote time to more important and useful works.
This situation also offers freedom to the person.

And it also minimizes the pain in taste and the level of living. It will lead to a more peaceful life as it will cut the desire to own what others have.

In this way, stress and diseases caused by stress will be avoided. In fact, when we think about the event on a large scale the person will abandon the property.

We will reach the secret and happiness of sharing by staying away from many problems and troubles, including property quarrels.

Because we think we value ourselves, we work more, produce and consume more. However, we cannot spare time for ourselves, our environment, and our family.

Over time, we become lonely and gradually lose our values.
What kind of style do you prefer minimalism or maximalism?

  • Incredible Secrets About Human Body That Nobody Tell You

Incredible Secrets About Human Body That Nobody Tell You

We Can’t Gulp Down More Than 3 Times or Why We Don’t Like Your Recorded Voice and More…(Human Body)

    1. You Can Not Gulp Down More Than 3 Times.(Human Body)

You Can Not Gulp Down More Than 3 Times.

There is no such thing as “inability to gulp down” when remembering to gulp down like blinking your eyes.

We can be gulp down. But when it is repeated, we may have difficulty in gulping down after a while as the muscles will get tired.

If you try to gulp down more than 3 times, you will see the result and it can’t.

    2. How Doctors Place Back The Organs During Surgery

    Surgery is really difficult.

Although I haven’t had any surgery yet, according to what I’ve heard from my environment, it seems like a serious trauma.

There can be funny moments, especially when coming out of narcosis.

I have a few friends who work as Surgery Doctors.

During the surgery, doctors say that when they put the removed organs back in their place, they put them in the approximate position, not the exact location.

But the body automatically places the organ in the correct position.

    3. Why We Don’t Like Our Recorded Voice

Do you hate your recorded voice?

This is because when we speak, we also hear our voices from the skull bone.

Our skull bone transmits low frequency better than air.

That’s why our recorded voice sounds different and strange to us.

In fact, our voice is thinner than when we speak.

    4. The Immune System Of Our Eyes Is Different From That Of Our Body.

Our eyes have an immune system that works differently from the rest of our bodies.

That’s why if our immune system detects our eyes, it assumes it’s a foreign body and blinds us.

    5. How Big Can We Grow

Hand-wrist x-ray examination is performed in every short child and adolescent.

This tells us the degree of skeletal maturation, called bone age.

It is the child’s own calendar age that we calculate from the date of birth.

With new technologies in medicine, it is now possible to see how much we can grow with a bone in our right arm.

    6. We Can’t Keep Our Eyes Open

The eyes dry out in a very short time.

That’s why the eyelids, which are controlled by the cerebellum, work.

If we keep our eyelids open consciously or prevent them from closing with external factors, the eyes will bleed so that they do not dry out and continue to stay wet in this way.

When we look up or down with our eyelids open, we don’t need to blink.

Because when we look to the left, the eye gets wet due to the movement of the eye.

However, if we do not take our eyes off it by just looking at one place and preventing the eyelids from closing on it, our eyes will naturally tear up.

  • Can Robots Take Over Us?

    Can Robots Take Over Us?

Let’s look together to understand the answers (Robots Take Over)

You’ve seen it in many movies or anime. Humans wear suits or a piece of armour like Robots. (Robots Take Over)

This method seems like the easiest way to control a robot. But Is it possible to control a giant robot like this?

When you think of a wearable robot, you think of Iron Man. But I want to talk about bigger robots. There is a special definition used for these. (Mecha) derives from the Japanese word for Mechanic. These are gigantic robots but with human-like limbs. Thus, Iron Monger, one of his enemies rather than Iron Man, falls into this category.

In fictional stories, we often see them as war machines.

But sometimes they can also serve civic purposes, such as lifting heavy loads or acting as a police or firefighter.

But can such robots make in real life? It has already begun. So who did it? Those who dream of it first. Then those who draw that dream on paper and turn it into manga. Then those who revive that drawing and turn it into an anime. The Japanese built a robot called Kuratas. They currently see it as an art project. Once again, we understand that art and design have a very direct relationship with technology.

Since this robot named Kuratas is an artistic design, the weapons on it are not real. He fires a water bottle instead of a bullet. All you have to do is laugh in the cockpit to fire. So try not to be funny when you encounter such a robot. As I said, this project is more of artistic, experimental work.

There is also an American company that has started to work for sports purposes.

Founded in 2014, this company called MegaBots produced the prototypes in 2015.

In the future, instead of boxers fighting in rings, we may see giant robots fighting in stadiums.

I wanna come to my favourite one that produces by Boston Dynamics. They have amazing humanoid robots that name model is Atlas.

Their capabilities grow very fast from year to year.

Atlas has one of the world’s most compact mobile hydraulic systems. A custom battery, valves, and a compact hydraulic power unit enable Atlas to deliver high power to any of its 28 hydraulic joints for impressive feats of mobility.

Atlas’s advanced control system enables diverse and agile locomotion, while algorithms reason through complex dynamic interactions involving the whole body and environment to plan movements.

  • Stop Making Bad Decisions – 5 Ways That Really Work

Stop Making Bad Decisions – 5 Ways That Really Work

I Usually Use These Methods (Bad Decisions)

Don’t let too much information obscure the important stuff. (Bad Decisions)

One of my lessons learned from Malcolm Gladwell’s bestseller “Blink” is that information overload can be overwhelming — and too much information can be worse than no information at all.

It’s easy to get so much data that it becomes almost impossible to pick out what’s relevant and important. Accordingly, Temple University professor Angelika Dimoka told Newsweek, “people’s decisions make less and less sense” — that is, if they’re able to make them at all. Total decision paralysis is a possible side effect of too much information, she notes.

The upshot: Focus on the quality of information you’re getting, not the quantity.

    Have a snack.

You can’t think clearly when you’re hungry — and a Diet Coke’s not going to do the trick.

“Even the wisest people won’t make good choices when they’re not rested and their glucose is low,” social psychologist Roy Baumeister told the New York Times. “That’s why the truly wise don’t restructure the company at 4 p.m. They don’t make major commitments during the cocktail hour. And if a decision must be made late in the day, they know not to do it on an empty stomach.”

When your glucose is low, your brain responds more strongly to immediate rewards and is less likely to prioritize long-term prospects. In conclusion, have a snack first.

Meditate to help you resist ‘sunk cost’ bias.

Once we’ve invested time and money in something, our tendency is to keep investing more time and more money in that thing — even once it’s become abundantly clear that our investment isn’t paying off.

But researchers from Wharton have discovered one way to help overcome the “sunk-cost bias”: meditation, which has been shown to help people let go of the past and focus on the present.

And you don’t necessarily need a disciplined meditation practice to reap the benefits (though it probably helps) — even a few minutes of meditation before a big decision can have a major effect.

Don’t mistake the most recent information for the best information.

We tend to give more weight to whatever information we got most recently — whether or not it’s particularly interesting or important.

“There is a powerful ‘recency’ effect in decision making,” behavioral economist George Loewenstein tells Newsweek. “We pay a lot of attention to the most recent information, discounting what came earlier.”

Part of the problem is that brains just aren’t very good at giving only a little bit of weight to a piece of information, explains psychologist Eric Stone. When we learn something, we want to go all in.

Make sure you’re going off the best information you’ve got, not just the latest.

    Listen to your body.

The body has a physical reaction to panic or stress. Adrenaline pumps, you start breathing more rapidly, and certain parts of the body feel tight.

In those instances — particularly when you’re feeling angry or afraid — you tend to make snap judgments that may be incorrect, writes Tony Schwartz in the Harvard Business Review. But there’s a simple fix: when you notice your body having that kind of response, close your eyes, take a few breaths, and take some time to consider your next action.

Your goal here is to buy time until you’re physically calm enough to make a more considered choice.

  • Billionaire Daily Routines That Nobody Tell You

Billionaire Daily Routines That Nobody Tell You

Most Successful Habits which provide me success in my life (Billionaire Daily Routines)

We’ve all heard that if you could win the morning, you could win the day. (Billionaire Daily Routines)

One of the ways to do that is to regular rituals and routines.

So you don’t have to think about what you need to do and if you could set up routines and habits, especially early in the day.

You could enjoy this science momentum. Create positive momentum as opposed to being reactive like how a lot of people do.

They pick up their phone, the first thing. They start reacting and driving distraction and reaction. As opposed to spending time with self-care. Self-love has a vision and a direction for your day so let’s get into it!

Now, as I jump into this, again, this is my ideal day so sometimes I can’t do all this but I can do as many as I can.

So the first thing I do when I wake up is I recall my dreams. when you’re dreaming is that you’re actually processing and inter creating and working on.

Solution with your subconscious mind that you’re focusing on during the daytime. But most people forget their dreams. After that, I get out of bed and I make the bed!

And now, this is something that is obvious that most of you do. But if you don’t do it, take two minutes and make your bed because that’s a successful habit!

If we’re talking about positive momentum. The science momentum, getting things done. Checking things off, doing it with excellence, then making your bed!

It’s worth one or two minutes. Because, how you do anything. It’s how you do everything. Have a good checkmark on something like doing your bed. It is very powerful because it teaches you to be able to do something.

Well as they do in the military and the other benefit is when you come back at the end of the day, you come back to success!

You come back to your bed already made!

After that, What I’ll do is I’ll go into the kitchen and I’ll have a tall glass of water.

Because We use a lot of water and most of us are very dehydrated at night. I’ll take my supplements there. I take my probiotics, which is the big one because your gut is your second brain.

Being your brain in your head, you also have an incredible amount of nerve cells in your gut. And I want to make sure that it feeds and is healthy, so I take my probiotics. Then What I do is do my breathing. I’m thinking about the things I’m focusing on here. I’m thinking about hydration.

Whatever your breathing technique is, I focus on breathing.

So whether it’s box breathing or alpha breathing. Whether It’s Wim Hof’s method, I do a breathing technique. Because I want to oxygenate my body, and my brain which is part of my body also.

And we can do another article dedicated to that. I do my meditation in the morning. Also later in the afternoon or evening, sometimes before I go to bed, I always do an early morning meditation. I do it for about twenty minutes. Mindfulness is so important. So I want to have a clear mind as I enter the day and so meditation puts me in that space.

15, 20 minutes, and some of you use headspace app and some of you use the muse device or some kind of technology. I meditate then from there I do 1 or 2 minutes of movement and this could be different.

It could be calisthenics. It could be burpees.

But I want to get into my body after I meditate and so I move it. my body, pretty for a couple of minutes, and If I’m in a Hotel Room, I’m doing jumping jacks.

But I’m doing crunches, for two minutes straight. I’m waking up my body that is not my exercise for the day. It’s for me to get my heart rate beating and getting some movement in my body. From there, I take a shower and It’s a cold shower and I do believe in cold therapy. It works for me, It helps me to reset my nervous system. When I get out, I go through my normal routine of trimming or shaving and I brush my teeth and all that stuff. Then I make tea and my favorite tea is like brain tea. It’s a combination of black and white tea.

After That, I make filter coffee or V60 and fulfill Contigo 600ml Mug to drink all part by part until lunchtime.

I’m going to my “To Do” list. We all have ongoing, most of us have an ongoing to-do list of things that we need to get done.

For me, The big thing is I want to be able to do, as a total win, three things for work and three things.

They don’t have to be all Epic, big things.

But If I could get three of my work goals done on my To-Do list and three of my personal things to do, then It’s been a great day. It’s like your “Champagne moment” when you’re looking back at the end of the day.

Saying “Yes”, Today was a great day!. “Today I crushed it”, “Today I won!”

and Also to my To-Do list, I also have a list, Ato Feel List because.

Are our state and emotions, and I don’t want it to be where I happen to feel a certain way by accident, but by design!

It’s the metaphor I always talk about, the difference between a thermometer and a thermostat.

A thermometer reacts to the envıronment and like if sometimes I act like a thermometer. I’m going to react to everything.

That’s going on in my world. Have some good, positive states, where I set in advance a standard, a goal for my to-feel list, and certain feelings. I want to feel throughout the day, so I can design it that way, to feel love, to feel curious, to feel a connection, gratitude. I also have, besides a to-do list and a to feel list.

I also look at my to-be list. Like who do I want to be today? and Do I want to be a good partner? Do I want to be a good friend? Do I want to be a good father? A good leader, A good Coach ? and more questions.

Into what I want to be that day! Because It’s not about. We’re not…

It’s kind of a cliche, but there’s a truth to it. We’re not human doings, we’re human beings!

So What do I want to be today?

From there, If I have time, I’ll make time. For the things that are most important, I read.

At the end of the day, While I drink some kind of herbal tea, I read for about 50–60 minutes a day before going to bed.

  • Stop Skin Aging – 7 Important Things To Do

Stop Skin Aging – 7 Important Things To Do

The sun plays a major role in prematurely aging our skin.(Stop Skin Aging)

Protect your skin from the sun every day.(Stop Skin Aging)

Whether spending a day at the beach or running errands, sun protection is essential. You can protect your skin by seeking shade, covering up with sun-protective clothing — such as a lightweight and long-sleeved shirt, pants, a wide-brimmed hat, and sunglasses with UV protection — and using sunscreen that is broad-spectrum, SPF 30 (or higher), and water-resistant. You should apply sunscreen every day to all skin that is not covered by clothing. For more effective protection, look for clothing with an ultraviolet protection factor (UPF) label.

    If you smoke, stop.

Smoking greatly speeds up how quickly skin ages. It causes wrinkles and a dull, sallow complexion. Skin that is damaged by tobacco smoke typically has a greyish, wasted appearance, and can be affected in several ways. The more a person smokes, the greater the risk of premature wrinkling. One explanation for this is that smoking increases the production of an enzyme that breaks down collagen in the skin, causing it to sag. Collagen is the main structural protein of the skin and is essential for the skin’s elasticity.

    Eat a healthy, well-balanced diet.

Findings from a few studies suggest that eating plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables may help prevent damage that leads to premature skin aging. Findings from research studies also suggest that a diet containing lots of sugar or other refined carbohydrates can accelerate aging.

    Drink less alcohol.

Alcohol is rough on the skin. It dehydrates the skin, and in time, damages the skin. This can make us look older. If your face flushes when you drink, you may have some degree of rosacea. This common skin condition causes your face — especially your cheeks, nose, chin, and forehead — to turn red. Drinking alcohol can sometimes trigger a rosacea flare. Some studies show alcohol might raise your odds of getting rosacea if you don’t already have it.

Exercise most days of the week.

Findings from a few studies suggest that moderate exercise can improve circulation and boost the immune system. This, in turn, may give the skin a more youthful appearance.

    Cleanse your skin gently.

Scrubbing your skin clean can irritate your skin. Irritating your skin accelerates skin aging. Gentle washing helps to remove pollution, makeup, and other substances without irritating your skin.

Wash your face twice a day and after sweating heavily.

Perspiration, especially when wearing a hat or helmet, irritates the skin, so you want to wash your skin as soon as possible after sweating.

  • Controlling Dreams – What Do You Think About

Controlling Dreams – What Do You Think About

9 Steps To Control Our Dream(Controlling Dreams)

After falling asleep, we alternate between different sleep stages. The main reason for this is the frequency changes that occur in our brain waves. During the REM (rapid eye movement) phase, our eyes move back and forth under our eyelids. The factor that determines these movements is where we look in the dream we see. About 90 minutes after falling asleep, we enter the REM phase. About 20–25% of the hours an adult sleeps are spent in the REM phase. (Controlling Dreams )

Everyone can control their dream. Let’s look at nine recommendations to control dreams.

    1. The Most Important Thing To Do

Remembering dreams you’ve had in the past will give you the chance to explore themes that you encounter in your dreams. For example, you can set aside a notebook for this task; As soon as you wake up from sleep, write down the dream you saw that day in this notebook and add the main theme of the dream. In the following days, as you have time, read your dreams and become as familiar with them as possible.

    2. Analyze Your Dreams

After a few weeks of journaling your dreams, review what you wrote and try to make connections between your dreams.

Try to find what all your dreams have in common.

Such as recurring people, places visited, symbols encountered, or actions you experience in your dreams.

    3. Eating Some Hormone Triggers

It is known that the hormone melatonin plays a very important role in dream control. This hormone triggers the REM phase and makes your dreams more vivid. White mustard, kale, almonds, and sunflower seeds are some of the foods that contain the most melatonin.

    4. Check The Reality

When you encounter a dream symptom, check if it is real. For example, you are seeing a face that you always see in your dreams. Is this a dream? Or is it real? In this way, it will be much easier for you to achieve dream control.

    5. Based On Time

Look at your watch, avert your eyes, and look at your watch again. Has it only been a few seconds? Or a few hours? When we dream, our brain is not good with numbers. If you look at your watch for the second time. See that an abnormal amount of time has passed, then you are dreaming and you can control it as you wish!

    6. Use Your Superpowers

Try to or close your mouth and nose and try to breathe, can you do these? If the answer is yes, it means you can do whatever you want.

    7. Change Your Appearance

Look in the mirror in front of you and see yourself as you wish. Look at your hands, are there any missing or extra fingers? If your answer is yes, it means that you are in a dream that you can control, and thus you can do whatever you want.

    8. Use Your Telekinetic Abilities

For example, try turning lights on and off or moving objects with your mind.

    9. Finally, a serious study of dream control

Dr. Stephen La Berge Says: “If we have to spend a third of our lives sleeping, then why not live in our dreams as well?”

  • Million Dollar Secret of Life “Laws of Attraction”

Million Dollar Secret of Life “Laws of Attraction”

“Imagination is everything, it is the preview of life‘s coming attractions.” — Albert Einstein. (Laws of Attraction)

Every thought is an energy. We are radiating energy into the universe at every moment.(Laws of Attraction)

This energy that we emit moment by moment has the ability to manifest all our desires or fears.

Energies turn our thoughts into reality.

The energies sent to the universe look for the energy of the same frequency with itself. It finds the thought that is in the same resonance with our thoughts.

With the power of thoughts, we attract to ourselves what we think of ourselves and others in our life.

We send orders to the universe with our thoughts and the energy emitted by our thoughts. It has nothing to do with whether we want it or not. The law works as long as we live.

According to the law of attraction, your thoughts have to come true.

Usually, because energies have no will or consciousness of their own, they go wherever they are sent.

The energy sent into the universe only seeks energy of the same frequency, regardless of how important our desire is to us, how small it is, or how big a desire it is.

So in summary, whatever you think about or focus on, you get.

If you don’t like a situation, a person, or an event that has happened to you, if you constantly complain or judge, you will quickly attract these situations to you. Or, if you approach events positively and maintain your positive point of view in every situation, you will attract more positive situations that make us happy.

In short, you reap what you sow in your field of thought.

If you change your thoughts, the quality of your life also changes.

Isn’t that difficult? How will we be in a constant state of positive thinking? A question may arise.

For a person who has been a prisoner of negative thoughts and ego for years, it may not be easy to suddenly gain a positive perspective, but it is possible with some practices.

Even changing our colloquial language allows us to use the law of attraction for our highest good.

Here below I’m going to share some examples with you for better understanding.

Instead of wanting to get sick,

    I am always very healthy.

Instead of wanting to be unhappy,

I am always very peaceful and happy.

Instead of being afraid of failing,

I am always hardworking and successful.

Instead of being afraid of being broke,

    I always live for abundance.

It is very important to say and make them a habit.

There is something else as important as changing our daily spoken language, to increase our life energy. We need to start each day with a different excitement, happiness, and enthusiasm, and be able to keep our hearts moving.

For this, we should give plenty of space to the feelings of love and gratitude in our lives.

We should be grateful for what we have had. Gratitude is one of the most powerful magic to be happy.

  • Reading Body Language of People?

    Reading Body Language of People?

Your body language tells more than you realized.(Reading Body Language)

Here is a question for you before starting my article.(Reading Body Language)

Do you know what your body just said?

If your answer is NO, don’t worry. After reading my learning series for body language, from now you will understand what your and others tell you.

Don’t forget to follow me for the next shares about the learning series of “Reading Body Language”

I’m going to share my important notes from “Reading Body Language” courses that what I learned from professional trainers.

I have lots of notes and really hard to share them all in one article so I’ll publish my notes in a few articles as learning series.

I’ll help you become a more effective communicator, you’ll be more aware of the messages in your body and you’ll discover how to align those nonverbal statements with your leadership goals.

I’ll cover the ways in which the body space, tone of voice, and even your feet and add credibility to what you’re saying.

I’ll also talk about the two sets of nonverbal signals that we all look for in leaders and you’ll find out how to project confidence even when you’re feeling uncertain I’m eager to work with you.

Imagine that you’re the Chief Executive Officer of an oil company and you just arrived at the refinery to speak to a group of operators of patricians and warehouse workers.

They’re all dressed in fire-retardant and you’re wearing a designer’s suit and power tie. you remove your expensive wristwatch and turn your unspoken messages.

I’m a very important person and I have exactly twenty minutes to spend with you that message is of course quite different from the words you use to begin your comments.

I’m so happy to be with you today which do you think the refinery workers will believe your words are your body language.

here’s what research finds when your body language doesn’t match your words your verbal message is lost.

When your words say one thing and your gestures indicate another then you don’t make sense.

When forced to choose between your verbal and nonverbal messages people instinctively believe what they see and not what you say.

That’s why it’s crucial for you to communicate congruently that when you say something with your body language that must support your words as well.

Otherwise, people become confused and these mixed messages have a negative effect on performance and make it almost impossible to build relationships of trust if you stand in front of the groups.

Talk about how much you welcome their efforts.

If you have a forced smile or lean away from the group or don’t maintain eye contact all of these are disengaged signals when your intended message is about inclusiveness.

Then there’s the matter of timing If you gesture just before as you speak then you appear to be open.

however, if you speak first and then gesture as I’ve seen many others do is unconsciously proceed.

In this situation, you remember me and at that point, the validity of whatever you’re saying comes Under Suspicion.

What other signals have you followed to read body language in your life?

  • Are We Living In Simulation?

    Are We Living In Simulation?

Irrefutable Reasons We Might Be A Living In Simulation

What are we in this universe?” , “Are we living creatures in a simulation created ? “ or “Are we really living a real life?” (Living In Simulation)

Of course, I can’t answer those questions with certainty but I can convince you of that by reaching the real creator.

“What are we in the universe?” Just before the answer to this question, there is a more important question to answer. “Why are we here?” and “Why does human exist?

There must be a reason for it to exist.

Does our universe is just a laboratory experiment?

Are we really the subjects in this experiment?

As some say that could Earth be the work of a much more advanced civilization than ours?

Let’s look together for Irrefutable reasons to find answers to those questions.

    1. The Mandela Effect

Some people claim to remember TV coverage of Nelson Mandela’s death in the 1980s even though he actually died in 2013. The “Mandela Effect” is therefore supposedly proof that whoever is in charge of our simulation is changing the past. (Or alternately, this is evidence of parallel universes and some individuals have crossed from one universe, in which Mandela died in the ’80s, into ours, where he lived to age 95.) Additional examples of this phenomenon include some remembering the name of the Berenstain Bears children’s-book series being spelled as “Berenstein” and others recalling a nonexistent movie from the 1990s called Shazaam, starring the comedian Sinbad as a genie.

    2. Video Games That Look Like Real Life

Elon Musk is a believer in Nick Bostrom’s simulation hypothesis, which posits that if humanity can survive long enough to create technology capable of running convincing simulations of reality, it will create many such simulations and therefore there will be lots of simulated realities and only one “base reality” — so statistically, it’s probably more likely we live in a simulation right now. Further proof that we live in the Matrix, according to Musk, is how cool video games are these days. In 2016, he explained: “40 years ago, we had Pong. Two rectangles and a dot. Now, 40 years later, we have photorealistic 3D with millions playing simultaneously. If you assume any rate of improvement at all, then the games will become indistinguishable from reality, even if that rate of advancement drops by 1,000 from what it is now. It’s a given that we’re clearly on a trajectory that we’re going to have games that are indistinguishable from reality. It would seem to follow that the odds that we’re in base reality is 1 in billions.”

    3. Weird News

Some have proposed that recent unlikelihoods, including Donald Trump’s election, Brexit, the 2017 Oscars-envelope mix-up, and that year’s 25-point Super Bowl comeback, could mean we’re in a malfunctioning simulation or whoever is pushing the buttons is screwing with us.

    4. The “Goldilocks Zone”

Earth exists within what astrobiologists call a Goldilocks Zone, close enough to a star that greenhouse gases can trap heat to keep liquid water, but far enough away that the planet does not become a Venusian hothouse. That we live in such an orbital sweet spot is circumstantial evidence for a simulation: If our sim-designers wanted us to succeed, it makes sense that they’d place us in such a cushy environment.

    5. We Already Know What the “Bricks” of Our Matrix Are

According to simulation believers, we may have already found the pixel-sized building block of the universe: the Planck-length, the point at which our concepts of gravity and spacetime no longer apply. If our world is simulated, the Planck length would be equivalent to one bit of information, or a pixel.

  • 5 Tips for Deal To Aggressive People

5 Tips for Deal To Aggressive People

These tips always work for me.(Aggressive People)

What is the most common difficult behavior is aggression.(Aggressive People)
The first question is do I want to find a way to live with this person’s aggressive behavior.

I want to get them to change how much power you have if an aggressive person is your boss or a customer.

Then you might decide it’s easier to live with it.

You might decide to try to change them if that doesn’t work then you still have the option of finding a way to live with it.

I want to suggest 5 techniques that each of these approaches.

    1. Be Assertive

When communicating with an aggressive colleague, try to be assertive. Even if that’s not how you talk to everyone else, be sure to be assertive when dealing with an aggressive coworker. Anagha explained the reason behind this and said,

“Aggressive people tend to dominate or bully a passive communicator into submission.”

    2. File A Complaint

Pay attention to if this person’s behavior is affecting the quality of your work. If the answer is yes, you should consider filing an official complaint with the human resources department. Your work performance should not be affected because of another employee and if that scenario arises then you can definitely let HR know about it.

    3. Maintain Distance

Just because you both work at the same company doesn’t mean you have to be around each other. If the said colleague is not a part of your immediate team, you should definitely maintain distance intentionally. This will allow you your peace of mind and won’t let their actions bother you as the communication is minimum.

    4. Manage Your Expectations

You have to remember what you expect won’t be the outcome always. Even though you’re assertive with them, it does not mean your assertiveness will change them. So, don’t expect them to just change. Instead, focus on creating boundaries.

    5. Don’t Take It Personally

Dealing with an aggressive colleague can take a toll on you. Especially because of the things they might say in anger. But you have to remember that it is something that they need to deal with, it has nothing to do with you. Avoid internalizing the mean things they may say out of anger.

What other tips have you found useful for dealing with aggressive people? Please share in the comments.

  • Deeper Sleep – Which Steps Need To Do

Deeper Sleep – Which Steps Need To Do

These Ways Are Really Working and Worth To Try(Deeper Sleep)

There are people out there who wake up by themselves in the morning, don’t press the snooze even if they wake up with an alarm, don’t make their way to the coffee machine first thing with zombie-like eyes half-open, and even feel rested and happy as soon as they wake up. (Deeper Sleep)

Unfortunately, research says many of us are not part of this rare sleep unicorn team:

Two-thirds of adults in developed countries are not getting the recommended and required eight hours of sleep. Matthew Walker, a British scientist, neuroscientist, and author of Why We Sleep: The New Science of Sleep and Dreams, says the results of insomnia will surprise us:

“Routically getting less than six or seven hours of sleep disrupts your immune system and doubles your cancer risk. “

    1. Digital Detox in the Bedroom

It should be noted that silence and darkness are very important elements in bedrooms to make it easier to fall asleep and sleep soundly. Any electronic device that emits blue light should not be in the room.

“The rays emitted by mobile phones and tablets prevent the secretion of melatonin, the main hormone of sleep. In addition, social media applications, messages, and work-related e-mails on mobile phones occupy the mind and make it difficult to sleep. Any electronic device should be left out of the room.”

We can say that falling asleep watching something on TV and PC is not good and, as it will arouse feelings such as stress, fear, and curiosity.

Considering that the blue light emitted from electronics accelerates the aging process of our skin, it is the best decision to do a digital detox, at least during sleep.

    2. Back to Alarm Clock

So how do we wake up if the cell phone is out of the bedroom? In an ideal world, we may wake up spontaneously or, better yet, whenever we want, but in today’s lifestyle, an alarm-free life is not possible for the vast majority.

We should prefer non-illuminated and silent alarm clocks to mobile phone alarms.

It is important for heart and nervous system health that we wake up once the alarm goes off. “When the alarm goes off, as if stimulating your heart wasn’t harmful enough, by repeatedly pressing the snooze button, you inflict a repeated shock to the cardiovascular system over a short period of time.

When you think about repeating this at least five days a week, you can understand the stress your heart and nervous system have been going through throughout your life.”

    3. Invitation to Siesta

Although experts say that sleep during the day is not ideal on the grounds that it disrupts the body rhythm, the anthropological, biological, and genetic evidence of research shows that biphasic sleep, which consists of a long sleep at night and a short nap in the afternoon, is suitable for human natural rhythm. We may think that leaving the siesta culture, which is still accepted in some South American and Mediterranean countries, is not very beneficial for health.

“Before the millennium there was high pressure in Greece to break the habit of napping. To observe the consequences of this radical change, researchers from Harvard University’s Department of Public Health observed 23,000 Greek adults, men, and women aged 20 to 83, with a focus on heart health.

The results were heartbreaking, just like the Greek tragedies, but literally! As a result of this research conducted with individuals with no heart health problems, it was revealed that the risk of dying from heart disease increased by 37 percent in those who gave up their afternoon naps.

Quitting biphasic sleep, which is an instinctive habit for human beings, shortens our lifespan,” says the author, adding that it is not surprising that on the Greek island of Ikaria, where the siesta is still the norm today, men are four times more likely to reach the age of 90 than American men. In addition, daytime sleep has many benefits besides protecting heart health: Strengthening memory and reducing muscle fatigue.

It is even known that world-famous athlete Usain Bolt had a siesta before breaking the world record and before the Olympics, where he won a gold medal.

    4. Those Who Wake Up Tired

You slept for eight hours and in the ideal environment, but the energy you hoped to have when you wake up is not there?

The physiological cause of the inability to rest and sleep may be breathing problems such as sleep apnea, which is often defined as cessation of breathing during sleep.

Even though a person seems to be sleeping for a sufficient amount of time, when they have sleep apnea, they cannot sleep deeply enough, productively, and restfully.

It is common for these people to snore and the bed partner to notice the patient’s breathing pause during sleep. Sleep apnea can lead to many systemic disorders, especially heart diseases. If in doubt, definitely go to a sleep center and have polysomnography, which is a sleep test.

    5. Evening Coffee Problem

We all know that coffee delays sleep a little. What if we prefer decaffeinated coffee in the evening? Walker says that caffeine doesn’t actually induce sleep and blocks the sleep signal in the brain just as we stop sounds by plugging our ears with our fingers.

Stating that the half-life of coffee (a term used to indicate the half-life of the effect when describing the effects of drugs) is between five and seven hours on average, Walker said, “For example, let’s say you drank a cup of coffee around 19:30 after dinner.

At 1:30 am after midnight, half the caffeine may still be actively circulating in your system. So you’re saving your brain only half of that after-dinner coffee at that hour.” Tea, energy drinks, dark chocolate, ice cream, weight loss pills, and some pain relievers, as well as decaffeinated coffee, are among the factors that can prevent falling asleep.

“One cup of decaffeinated coffee contains between 15 and 30 percent of the caffeine of regular coffee.

So if you drink a few cups of decaffeinated coffee in the evening, it will do the same damage to your sleep as caffeinated coffee.”
